Terms of Service — Desktop Agent

Before continuing to the G.I.R.L. Desktop Agent member portal, please read and accept these terms.

• You must be 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this service.
• Desktop Agent tokens are a separate wallet from web/mobile tokens. Purchases and balances do not transfer between products.
• The Desktop Agent installs a local executor on your Windows PC to carry out commands you authorize. You are responsible for commands you issue.
• AI responses may be inaccurate. Always verify important information before acting on it.
• Your files remain on your device. ADA7 Corp does not upload or browse your personal files except the single installer download you choose to install.
• Refunds follow our published support policy. Contact support@ada7.org for billing questions.
• By accepting, you also acknowledge our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer available in The G.I.R.L. Systems Options menu.
