Why does it say I have no tokens when I already bought tokens?

Web/mobile tokens and Desktop Agent tokens are separate wallets. They can use the same email, but balances do not transfer. If you purchased web tokens only, the Desktop Agent will show zero agent tokens until you buy an Agent plan at Member Access (agent product). The page Agent tokens required means you are signed in but need Agent tokens — not web dashboard tokens.

Why doesn't it open my YouTube, Doc, Email, Telegram, etc.?

The user has to be signed in. G.I.R.L. opens Google Chrome on your PC and uses the accounts you are already logged into there — Gmail, Google Docs, YouTube, Telegram web, and similar. If Chrome is logged out of that service, or you use a different browser, automation cannot open your content. Sign into Chrome with the account you want G.I.R.L. to use, then run the command again. Keep the Desktop Agent running (The G.I.R.L. System shortcut).

What to do if Windows says “protected your PC”

Click More info → Run anyway. The installer is not code-signed yet; this is normal for independent publishers.

What to do if antivirus blocks the installer

Open Windows Security → Virus & threat protection → Protection history → Restore/Allow. Add an exclusion for your GIRL install folder if needed.

Why are commands not running on my PC?

You must be online. Use Google Chrome for the dashboard. Run the desktop agent (GIRL-Launch.cmd) and sign in with agent tokens — not web-only tokens.

Will it work on my MacBook?

No. She only works on Windows and the Google Chrome browser.
